I love Andrew's PANCE Review Course! I am an auditory learner, so having material that I can listen to and follow along with helps me retain the material. I also really enjoy that the videos can be downloaded so that I am able to listen to them on...

Most PA students and recent PA school graduates have three major stressors in common: they are on a budget, they are very busy, and they have many resources to study from, but do not know where to start. Thankfully, the Board Review Course helps p...

This review course is great for me to use as review for my Clinical Medicine courses which can be very dense. Andrew has been able to break down the content clearly. He goes through the motion as to what we should be doing with our patients. In my...

I have been a practicing PA for 18 years. Studying for recertification has been so much easier with this course than it was in previous years. Andrew highlights the necessary material in an easily understandable way! Highly Recommend!

I'm currently a PA student doing clinical rotations and was looking for good resources that included all the essentials I need. I heard of this review course through a preceptor and am thankful I did. I listen to Andrew's lectures constantly and ...

I'm in my didactic portion of my PA program, and if any students are wondering if this course has it's primary use for the boards, I'd disagree. This course is great for studying for Clinical Medicine exams during the didactic phase. The videos an...

About the instructor

I have been a solo provider in a busy family practice/OBGYN clinic located in Southern California since 2012. In 2013, I started the PA Boards website as a way to help others, and in the process, to continue my education.

Since then, the website has grown quite a bit! Over 35,000 students and clinicians get my emails, the podcast has been downloaded over 1 million times, and thousands of students/clinicians have used my material to pass their boards 😁

I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am to be able to do this and I'm excited to help you take your medical education to the next level 🤓

Get started now...

The fear of not passing is enough to make anyone cringe - after all, the stakes are high. Over the years, I've received numerous emails from students who didn't pass the first time around -- like this one:

"I just wanted to say thank you for always being the light in a dark place. A bit of my story goes, is that I went to PA school and during that time my entire world turned upside down. You understand every single feeling that hits a student, plus if you are one who is struggling in school to pass a test and with life in general, it becomes this vicious vortex of negative emotions.

A bit of my story is that I graduated from school in August of 2015 and a couple of weeks later I didn't pass my boards. I could tell you every feeling of failure you have but you already know.

After beating myself up, I started to pick myself up again, I found the courage to take the test but guess what, I failed a second time. This was the devastating blow, the one that became more of a trauma associated to taking the test.

I was lost for months, I just thought that this is the one thing in life I would never be able to accomplish, I couldn't understand why. I didn't know how to move forward. Sometimes if you pay attention to the signs in life it feels like there is something putting a red light up for a reason we might not understand yet.

Flash forward to August 2016, your emails started to really hit me, I ended up buying your lectures watching online and following along with the sections of the book. Good old fashioned highlighter and pen for notes. I took the boards for the third time on August 31, 2016 and this time I'm happy and unbelievably able to say I passed! Everything really does happen for a reason, I might never fully understand why it took the fight that it did to become a certified PA.

I just wanted to say, thank you, and if you ever run across a fellow PA who's like me and needs an underdog story of inspiration I would be happy to be there for anyone, anytime."

Sincerely, a greatly appreciative certified PA!

As you've read, failing the boards can be devastating.
The problem? We never think it will happen to us - until it does.

Usually, students fail because they were never taught how to answer questions correctly. This means, you need help learning how to answer what they are asking - this is exactly what we teach you to do...

Finally, a review course that works...

  • We show you how to diagnose correctly every time
  • You'll learn the steps in which to order labs/imaging/tests
  • Evidence based medicine (this information is also relevant in the real world)
  • 100% up to date
  • Free access to our app so you can review wherever you go
  • The material will never expire. Access for life!

And yes...the review is helpful for your in class exams, the PANCE, PANRE, USMLE Step 2CK, and for the nurse practitioner certification exam. I've had students from each class successfully use the material.

Thousands of students have successfully used our material for their in class exams, EORs, and the boards.

Pass the first time - guaranteed!
